Unfortunately, there is no public transportation or shuttle service available from the airport to Red Barn Oak Retreat. Renting a car would be the best option.

Yes! Free wi-fi is available throughout the property

There is a small Lowes supermarket located on High Street in Comfort. If you are looking for a larger grocery store, there is an HEB located in Boerne ( # miles), Kerrville (# miles), Fredericksburg (# miles). Currently none of these HEB locations deliver to our area.

Currently only the Pecan House has a washing machine and dryer for guest use.

There aren't any restaurants at walking distance. There are restaurants located in downtown Comfort that are only a 5–10-minute drive away.

Yes! Dogs are the only animals allowed at RBOR. The limit is 1 dog up to 50lbs per stay per unit (2 dogs if whole property rented). There is a $100 fee per dog per night. Please make sure your pets are kept safe by respecting the following etiquette:

- Please keep pets off the furniture including the beds.

- RBOR is on ranchland! There are animals and wildlife in the area that could harm your pet. When outdoors, please use a leash.

- Please clean after your dog. You can throw away bagged dog waste in the outdoor trash can under the covered carport.

- Please do not leave your dog(s) unattended while at RBOR. If you must leave your dog, you must crate them. There is a crate in the laundry room for your use.

- No party crashers, please. Only the pets on the reservation are welcome.

- We welcome well-behaved pets. Any damage or extra cleaning needed will affect your deposit.
